The Canon PC-921 uses black toner with part number E40. This compatible toner replaces the Canon E40 and is a standard-capacity cartridge rated at about 4,000 pages. The PC-921 is a black-only printer, so this one toner covers it. The same toner also works with the Canon PC-140, PC-150 and PC-160.
