Canon PC toner here is black only, in two choices: a remanufactured toner that replaces the Canon 7833A001 at about 3,500 pages, and a compatible toner that replaces the Canon E40 at about 4,000 pages. Both are standard capacity.
Canon PC series toner
The PC series covers a long line of Canon printers, from the PC-140 and PC-150 to the PC-860. The supplies for this series are black toner, offered in standard capacity.
Black toner and page yields
- 7833A001: remanufactured toner, black, standard capacity, about 3,500 pages.
- E40: compatible toner, black, standard capacity, about 4,000 pages.
The remanufactured toner replaces the Canon 7833A001. The compatible toner replaces the Canon E40 and has the higher page yield of the two.
Choosing for your printer
Each printer in the series, such as the PC-300, PC-430, PC-720 or PC-795, has its own page, so you can confirm the right toner for your exact model. Compatible and remanufactured toner usually costs less than new name-brand toner, which makes it a practical choice for steady everyday printing.
