All Swift-branded products come with a lifetime* satisfaction guarantee, which means we’ll stand by the product’s quality for its expected shelf life. If you encounter any issues, contact our customer service team, and we’ll make it right—whether through a replacement or full refund, your choice.

Return shipping costs for refunded items are covered by the customer, except in cases where we made a shipping error.

* Our “lifetime warranty” applies to the cartridge for its expected shelf life and functional lifespan, meaning it covers the cartridge until it expires. You can confirm the shelf life on the product page.

We cannot accept returns for opened OEM cartridges ordered in error, so please confirm compatibility with your printer model before opening. Unopened, defective, or damaged products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Items ordered incorrectly and opened are non-refundable, as opened products cannot be resold. Please verify your printer model and part numbers when ordering and before opening any items. Any incomplete orders, lost shipments, or incorrect items must be reported to our returns department within 30 days of the original order date to qualify for a replacement.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we made a shipping error.

Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 7-14 business days of our receipt of their accepted return. A refund will not be processed until the product is received by our warehouse.
