My package was reported as delivered but it was not. I notified Swiftink and the response was very quick, that it probably was going to arrive the next day. And it did. I have been very pleased with Swiftink for some years now.
Ordered 2 cartridges. First one tried printed very poorly. Contacted SwiftInk who determined cartridge was defective and sent a replacement @ N/C. At that time I ordered another as well..
Second of first 2 still printing just fine, and I now have 2 new spares. Use this printer for H/B business, so very important to have this printer working.
