Worked perfectly from get-go! Same as last one from you 2 years ago.
So thank you, thank you. I think my HP 500C printer is over 25 years old and I bought it 2nd hand from a friend.
Best service and product I’ve found in this ink market I’ve found in years.
This was my 1st order from Swift Ink. Delivery was quick. When I installed the cartridge and started printing the print came out very light and parts of the letters were missing. I never had this problem with the original HP Cartridge. I had to change the printer setting to triple print every character (which uses a lot more ink) but then the print came out good. After I printed 5 pages I was able to lower the printer setting to just double print every character so the print would come out good on the paper (so parts of the letters were not missing). After I printed 10 pages I was able to set the printer back to just single printing every character and the printed page looks OK now. Maybe the replacement cartridge I got from Swift Ink just had a slow start but seems to be working OK right now. If it works good for the next several months and I'm able to print another 500 to 700 pages that look good in the single print mode (which is how I always used the Original HP Cartridge from HP) then I will be very impressed with Swift Ink and will buy from them again and again.
