I bought ink from many online vendors before being turned on to Swift Inks by a satisfied customer. Sooner or later, there were problems with the product I received from all the vendors that i was doing business with, they all made replaced their faulty product, but that didn't compensate for my lost productivity. Swift Inks seem to be the exception to the rule, first rate customer service and product that meets or exceeds that offered by OEM product. I will never buy my ink from anyone except Swift Inks.

If you want a quality product at an unbeatable price, and receive five star service, you need to become a Swift Ink customer. I had done business with a number of different online refurbished ink cartridge supplier before coming to Swift Ink and none of them provided me with a product that was 100 percent reliable. Sure, they all replace defective cartridges in a timely manner, but that didn't compensate me for having a "new" cartridge go legs-up on me in the middle of a critical print run. No such problems wit Swift Ink products, their products are 101 percent dependable.
