Email it to sales@swiftink.com or fax it to (866) 220-7321. Include a tax-exemption certificate if your organization is tax exempt.

We confirm and ship
We’ll confirm your order and ship it to the address on your PO. In-stock items usually ship the same day.

Pay your invoice
Your organization receives an invoice with Net 30 terms.
What to include on your PO
- PO number
- Product names or part numbers, with quantities
- Ship-to address, including building or room
- Billing address for the invoice
- Contact name, email, and phone
Tax-exempt orders
If your school or nonprofit is exempt from sales tax, send a copy of your tax-exemption certificate with your purchase order. We’ll keep it on file and won’t charge sales tax on your order.
