If a Swift Ink cartridge does not work as expected in a listed printer, we will replace it or refund it.

Compatibility Guarantee
If your printer model is listed on the product page under “Compatible Printers,” the cartridge is guaranteed to function in that printer.
If you experience a compatibility issue or error message, contact our support team and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Coverage Period (“Lifetime” Meaning)
All Swift Ink products come with a lifetime satisfaction guarantee.
“Lifetime” refers to the usable life of the cartridge, meaning:

The period during which the cartridge is expected to function under normal use

The product’s stated shelf life, as shown on the product page
If the product fails during this period, it is covered.
