Cartridges failed to work
Installed them in the printer. (HP Inkjet 1120C) They just keep failing self check. Customer service contacted me and walked me through diagnosing the problem. (A bad color cartridge) I recieved a replacement a few days later.
All is good now.

I had no trouble installing the new cartridges, both black and color, and they seemed to work well immediately I appreciate being able to find these old style products for my perfectly excellent older model computer and printer.
