The first cartridge I opened was not good. It didn’t print sharp lines and letters. The second one is great so far

Firstly, you Folk's still support my Ole HP DesignJet 430 which is amazing. Second, you are very generous in providing additional cartridges when one fails on me due to the antiquated nature of the remanufactured chassis. Third, the delivery time was only 2 days, and I didn't pay for that rushed shipping. Thank you very much! I wish all the suppliers I deal with were as amazing as you Folk's!

Swift Cartridge Replacement for HP 51640A Black
I received my order from you last week. A Replacement inkjet cartridge for my HP 430 DesignJet printer. HP 51640A. As you know, these are no longer in production. I’ve tried replacement cartridges from several other vendors, some new but expired, some remanufactured. YOUR cartridge is the only one that I’ve tried that actually works! And it works perfectly! Thank you for that! I will keep you at the top of my list of preferred vendors!

Without being asked to, Mark at Swift Ink replaced the original failed cartridge at no charge to me. Great service from Swift Ink!
