Works fine now. Be sure to take the tag off first, then lift it out of the holder. Otherwise you will get ink all over everything. Fortunately, the nice young man at Swift Ink offered to replace the first cartridge for free even though it was my fault for not properly reading the directions. Yeah, Swift Ink!!!. The black ink price was one-third of what Lexmark was charging and the colored ink was one-half the price. I'm glad I found Swift Ink because I heard that Lexmark is not selling printer ink anymore.

This was the second time I've purchased these cartridges. They worked both times but the new ones I had to cut the top, which is quite simple with the enclosed instructions.
