Excellent quality toner
These toner cartridges are high quality replacement cartridges. The printer recognizes the cartridges as authentic. I'll definitely buy all my replacements from Swift Ink!

Problem with solution
I initially had some streaking problems that persisted. With Mark's help, we diagnosed both one of my old cartridges and one new one were leaving streaks. Once he figured it out the company stood behind their product and replaced their cartridges. I'll contue to use them as they work with you far beyond their responsibility and guarantee what they sell.

Would give you a 5 star because I know your cartridges are good, but I am SO disappointed
Please Please either stop shipping via fedex or make FedEx accountable for the chronic delays in delivering to our community here, Wrangell Alaska. I STILL have not received the ink, which I really needed before the class I taught yesterday. FedEx sends all of our freight to their Anchorage hub which is farther away from us than Seattle. Then it sits there in Anchorage for anywhere from one to several days before they either hand it off to USPS in Anchorage or fly it back down to Aero Services in Ketchikan. Either way our stuff then is further delayed until usps or aero finally sends it on to us. The worst part is that FedEx tracking will say that it was delivered to Wrangell when it is not, it is still in Anchorage. The post office clerks have the ability to confirm the freight location after FedEx gives them our freight in Anchorage. I am just fed up with experiencing this FedEx disappointment over and over again.

The black cartridge exploded inside my machine and I had to bring it and get it serviced and it cost me $200 to have it repaired
5-10-22 they did reach out to me and said they were putting hey new cartridge at no charge in the mail for me

Pleasantly Surprised!!! Blown Away!
I was very hesitant, however the reviews were overwhelmingly positive and that persuaded me to give it a try. I’ve tried other non-canon toner and was totally disappointed. This time, WOW! The color, and saturation are great. I am thrilled because I print all my own company flyers, forms, presentations etc… and I’m blown away. I have the ImageCLASS MF634Cdw printer and these 045H colors worked perfectly. I did not receive a message on the printer that I’m not using genuine toner either - so that’s a plus.
If you’ve tried others and weren’t happy, try these. I truly believe you will be as blown away as I am. Not to mention that shipping was super fast too!!
