We have used Swift ink in the past, but never used a toner without a chip. The instructions they provided have made it super easy to follow and we have not had any issues with printing. I will continue to use them for all our ink and toner needs. Thanks,
The business where I had been buying the toner cartridges did not have a replacement cartridge for this newer model HP printer. Swift Ink did have it, and at a great price. And, it is nice to have the option of buying the high yield cartridge. I was able to easily follow the instructions and video link on how to remove the chip from the original toner cartridge and put it in the Swift Ink replacement cartridge. The tweezers provided in the box were very handy. The cartridge is working well.
Easy to change. Seems to be running fine. A little annoying to have the low toner always there but it’s worth the savings.
We've been ordering from Swift Ink for a few years now and we've never had any issues with quality or service. Our new printer is the first one that required a chip swap so this was new to us. The video is completely accurate on what to expect and how to swap it. We're just using the chip from the small toner cartridge that was included with the printer. It really does take less than 2 minutes even on your first try. I bought my own tweezers for this, but it turns out Swift Ink includes a plastic one. The only bad thing about reusing the chip is that the HP program thinks the toner is low. This is definitely beyond Swift Ink's control and doesn't affect the function of the printer, but I wanted to let other buyers know to expect it.
